On its way to Mac Land

While my illustrious mac (the basically NEW and having-no-reason-to-be-broken MAC) continues to be on the FRITZ , I will just share another quick Cameron anecdote because they are OH so funny. I do have pictures and video from my rockin' birthday party but I can't get my iPhoto to work on my mac to load the pics!! The rainbow circle keeps rolling and rolling and rolling....

Anyway, one of the many ways that we attempted to potty train Cameron was remind him that all his pee-pees and poo-poos wanted to go to Peepee Land and Poopoo Land. They didn't want to sit in his pull-up or rest on the floor in a puddle, they wanted to be traveling down the toilet to their respective "Lands." This became fun for Cam and sometimes when we would flush a fly or a spider down the toilet, he would call "have fun in Fly Land" or "go to Spider Land!" or whatever. He applied this name to whatever happened to be flushed down the toilet. This actually worked and Cam was excited to send his peepee and poops off telling them to "have fun in...." whatever respective land it was, whenever he needed to go.

Last night, Cam was in a hurry to get to the toilet and he missed his footing on the stool and halfway fell in the toilet, one full arm in the water. His shirt got all wet, and as I took it off him, he said, "Momma, I almost went to Cameron Land!"

That is too cute! What a great way to help with the potty training! You are a thinker Allison!

Do you think there is really a land of all toilety things? Are they gathering together and planning a rebellion to avenge their flushing? Could be dangerous.

Your iphoto is taking too long to load because there are corrupted files in the library. I will try to remember how to fix this and let you know.
