Cameron has finally been doing better going to the bathroom in the "potty." It started now that we are in our new house and have been "encouraging" him by rewarding him with swimming, a carnival, jelly beans, and lots of praise. About the second time Cameron did poops in the toilet, Rhett was actually home and so we were both in the bathroom cheering him on. Cam was so proud to show his daddo what he had done and was being so hyper about it. He was laughing and pointing out the ones that looked like S's, the C's for Cameron (there were many of these) and the big dot. At one point, he even looked between his legs, got wide eyed and exclaimed, "Oh CRAP!" Not sure where he gets that word from (Rhett) but it was hilarious that he put it in that context. I love that kid....

Oh the festivities we develop during potty training. All sophistication vanishes.
be prepared to spend a lot more time in the bathroom. besides the kitchen, i would say that is the room i spend the most time in.
